This project concerns the sustainable and aesthetic upgrading of a 1970s house in Kifissia. It includes the installation of an external thermal façade and the insulation of the heating networks for increased energy efficiency. The heating system was replaced from oil to a heat pump and ecological paints were used. New openings were created in the southern part of the building for better natural lighting, and the main living area was redesigned for a direct connection to the garden. This is a design that combines modern sustainable practices with respect for the architectural style of the period.
